Senior Custom Apparel Specialist & Special Project Coordinator

•	Lead projects for key regional accounts. Manage outside vendor relations, fulfil sponsorship obligations, and liaise between partners while meeting deliverable deadlines. Complete requests for proposal and meet with clients and prospective clients to show lines and discuss policies, procedures, and ordering options.

•	Liaise with West Coast customer base and factories via email, Zoho Sales IQ chat, and phone regarding proofing, samples, returns, deadlines and order confirmations all while maintaining company mission statement ideals. 
•	Generate new leads from web searches and data collection. Input all leads and customer information into customer relationship management system (CRM). Ensure all new leads are entered into CRM and track progress of leads in sales pipeline. 
•	Handle product issues and participate in product development using project management software. 

Custom Apparel Specialist

•	Recommended products and assisted customers with inquiries. Advised customers of service needs and booked appointments with   mechanics. 
•	Coordinated special orders with distributors to meet customer deadlines. 
•	Received and processed all incoming orders into inventory system; stocked shop. 
•	Oversaw inventory and advised sales manager of reorder needs. 
•	Managed bicycle rental system, assisted customers with scheduling rentals, collected customer documentations and payments, fitted each renter with correct size rental.
