•	Managed the RFP process to select a vendor responsible for the Brand Review and then worked directly with the chosen vendor to establish a new Brand Position, Brand Voice and Logo for our organization. Director of Business Development
•	Responsible for the recruitment of Key Word Brokers, which resulted in an increase in the external sales force, increasing revenues. 
•	Supervised the internal sales staff which consisted of a team of 10 people, providing training and resulting in an increase of 10% in sales. 
•	Managed the download processes of the company’s proprietary internet browser, allowing for downloads averaging 100,000 per 30 days.
•	Developed outreach and marketing materials to acquire new users and strategic partners, leading to an increase of 35% in users and associations with strategic partners.


Director of Business Development

•	Developed the marketing and public relations strategies, securing articles in major periodicals about the company, as well as successfully introduce the products at the annual Toy Fair in New York
•	Secured strategic partnerships with zoos, aquariums, and wildlife sanctuaries and built a network of over 100 of these organizations that we featured on our website, and in turn promoted our company and products. 
•	Supervised the outside vendors for the company including the website developer and the external sales force, reducing website costs by 35% and building a nationwide sales force.
•	Designed and issued all marketing and sales collateral for the company, allowing our sales force to successfully sell or products.


Director of Marketing, Sales, and Strategic Partnerships

•	Oversaw the client services group which consisted of a staff of five, increasing clients from to 50. 
•	Responsible for the marketing initiatives of the company, including managing the annual marketing budget of $50,000, which improved the company’s visibility and presence in the industry. 
•	Coordinated and supervised the video shoots with fund managers, including the hiring of crews and travel arrangements, saving the company $75,000 in production costs based on my contacts.



Director of Client Services and Marketing

Managed three separate departments within FOX Broadcasting 

•	Affiliate Promotion - Supervised 27 FOX Affiliate Stations in various television markets across the country placing media buys, providing national promotion materials and developing specific marketing strategies for each market which allowed for a greater implementation of FOX Network priorities and resulted in ratings increases for the Affiliates. 
•	On-Air Planning – Coordinated the day-to-day communication between the groups that made up the Marketing Department for FOX Broadcasting (On-Air Promo, Publicity, Affiliate Promotion, National Promotion, National Media, Buying, Print and FOX.com) via a weekly calendar. This resulted in a greater flow of communication. 
•	FOX.com – Managed the content calendar including weekly priorities and production schedules for content producers which allowed for a smooth and robust re-launch of FOX.com ensuring the look and feel on-line was consistent with the look and feel on-air.
