Currently enrolled in Aramark's A2L program outside of Philadelphia. Looking to grow my network and see what opportunities become available to me.

Enrolled in Aramark's Accelerate to Leadership program at Neumann University. In this role I am the assistant manager to the housekeeping and facilities staff at Neumann University in Aston, PA outside of Philadelphia where I am learning first hand how to manage a crew of people and develop leadership skills along the way.

Drove machines around the warehouse and picked products off of shelves.

Warehouse Associate

Work in a crew of four to six people to ensure that returned cars meet cleanliness standards and are ready for customers to rent.

Service Agent

Worked in a group of four to six people to ensure that packages were neatly placed onto trucks and sent out on time for prompt delivery.

Package Handler

I worked as a personal shopper at an ACME store in Philadelphia as a personal shopper for Instacart. For this job I took orders from customers as they came in and went around the stores filling them. Occasionally an item would not be available so I either had to contact the customer to see what they would like to replace the items with or use my best judgement to find something similar. After I picked the items out and paid for them I would then send them on their way for delivery.

Once again worked as a line worker at a local warehouse over the summer between school years. I sorted mail and made sure that the bar codes were properly printed on them.

Shentel is the parent company for Sprint so for this job I had to drive to various Sprint locations in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia throughout the course of four weeks. I was given a list of stores to go to and had to plan out when to go to each of them. Once I got to these stores I pretended to be shopping for Sprint products and wrote up a review of my experience at each of the stores. After writing up the reviews I submitted them electronically to Shentel and they used the reviews to improve the quality of the stores.

Secret Shopper 

I worked at a local Amazon warehouse over the summer between school years. I worked on an assembly line packing boxes. 

This was my job throughout high school and my first few years of college. I worked at the front desk of a dry cleaner taking people's clothes from them and giving them back when they came to pick them up. This job helped me gain valuable customer service skills and also helped me learn how to talk to and deal with many different types of people.
