Sr. Graphic Designer

As Art Director at Highmark, one of the 5 brands managed by OFS, I oversee the creative process from concept to completion for the Highmark brand. Daily tasks include:

• Partnering with Product Applications Manager to prioritize project opportunities and set deadlines.
• Collaborate with other OFS designers remotely on projects and workload sharing.
• Maintain all relevant files, materials records.
• Incorporate marketing objectives and campaigns into creative strategies.
• Oversee total creative process: drive conceptualization, set the creative approach and strategy for success. Confirm deliverables and assign tasks to individual designers, including myself.
• Manage studio team and company expectations for scope and deadlines.

• Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator).

Art Director 

As a visionary thinker and excellent communicator who is an extremely motivated and a well organized Art Director with the following capabilities:

• 	Guide all creative projects using best design practices for all media types; digital campaigns, social digital, print, web & video

As Art Director, I served as lead creative on all assigned priorities and oversaw a team in taking projects from concept to completion. Duties included development, creation and production of consumer oriented marketing materials to include: packaging, advertising, catalogs, brochures, sales and POP materials, digital scrapbooking product development & design.

• Responsible for managing the art department: creative personnel, branding protocol, workflows, timelines, production budgets
• Proven record of idea generation, conceptualizing and visual execution
