Warehouse & Facilities Manager

Operations Manager, CLG, Target

•	Responsible for the day to day operations of a 3PL logistics warehouse that houses 14 to 16 accounts.

•	Responsible for customer service staff.  Interact with all customers directly for special projects, day to day processing and any issues that would arise.
•	Specialize in shipping of customer orders to both big box stores, boutique customers, and ecom orders.

•	Negotiated with vendors and carriers to lower costs to attain best rates for anything from shipping supplies to trucking rates.
•	Constantly exploring different ways to maintain and improve efficiencies in a fast moving environment.
•	Implemented and tracked KPIs for departments and employees in order to maintain accountability and efficiencies.        Used labor planning tools in order to maintain ability to flex staff as required by the needs of the business.
•	Prepared and maintained the annual budget for the warehouse.  Managed all expenditures for the warehouse in order to maintain budget goals.
•	Plan daily, weekly, and monthly goals to successfully ship all customer orders on time and maintain the highest possible quality to meet customer’s highest satisfaction.
•	Responsible for the security staff to ensure secure protocols are implemented for the security and protection of company assets.
