I am 32 years old and currently live in Singapore. I have lived abroad since I was 9 years old, in countries including: Brazil, Japan and Hong Kong. I have experience in Procurement, Store & Inventory Management, Business Development, Administration, and Athletics Operations. These opportunities have provided me with extensive international exposure and the ability to work with other people hailing from different cultures and backgrounds. My primary goal is to continue my career in the Sports or Lifestyle industry and to keep growing professionally and expanding my skill set.

Managed portfolio of community sports programs for SAS CSA membership, including baseball, softball and tennis. Prepared and marketed weekly communications about programs and schedule via e-mail, flyers, and social media. Managed overall program schedules, field / equipment logistics, program direction and strategy. Developed relationships with vendors, organisations, and sports clubs to grow SAS CSA baseball and softball programs. Served as Tournament Director and organised 6 hosted tournaments. Launched new year-long baseball and softball club team programs for the Singapore American School community. Provided support on weekends to ensure smooth operations of baseball academy programs, leagues and tournaments.

Liaised with various legal organizations to schedule meetings, arrange seminars and publish articles & newsletters. Managed and implemented IT systems within company including Netdocuments, MS Office 365 and Exchange. Maintained & updated project files, client database, e-filing and hard copy systems for business development. Summarized daily e-mail correspondences for partners to coordinate meetings, important dates, and prioritized action items.

Office Manager, Business Development Executive

Researched, developed, and deployed print & digital marketing campaigns for products and programs. Managed and streamlined website content management, updated server files and social media via FTP. Organized and developed events and excursions.  Developed course materials, conducted lessons. Liaised with customers and responded to inquiries regarding program features and course schedules.

Accountant (Assistant) / Voucher Examiner

Managed and processed purchasing orders and accounting software to maintain deposits and tracking information. Generated Sales Reports including relevant history, trend of customer order volume and progress of subsequent A/R balances for Sales meetings. Assisted IT Manager to enhance and upgrade in-house networking database system.

Junior Accountant

Managed staff as acting store manager during staffing shortages while handling regular administrative duties. Assisted in documenting and executing updated processes for full EWA Store audit for FY 2007. Reduced documentation inefficiencies and streamlined store controls to prevent work overlap.

Assistant Store Manager

Advised and developed various aesthetic improvements of format to Community Liaison Officers.  Coordinated with Community Liaison Office in marketing U.S. Mission particulars for upcoming publications. Archived newsletters, templates and art assets for future newsletter issues. Judgment and decision-making regarding content of publications to ensure accuracy and suitability.

Editor (Community Liaison Office)

Provided instruction to teachers, students, and guest-speakers pertaining use of campus audio / video (AV) systems. Inspected and performed troubleshooting to repair common / unique Windows/Mac OS X and AV issues. Trained new employees by assigning manageable events while providing supervision.
