Member Relations Director

Responsible for managing the front of the house duties including ushers and ticketing staff as well as servicing the performer’s off stage needs, artist hospitality, assisting performer’s entrance and exiting stage and the Longwood Garden grounds before and after performances. Duties also included making  public announcements, interacting with the public/guests, and protecting the property on the Longwood Garden grounds during the events.

Welcomed and checked guests into Anaheim's only 4 Diamond Resort Hotel. Assisted guests with everything from registration to purchasing park tickets and making dining suggestions / reservations.  Trained new employees in Front Desk and Lobby Ambassador duties.  Acted as Media Host at special events.

• As Trainer, created training manual for hotel Lobby Ambassadors.  
• As Lobby Ambassador, redesigned our "Mickey's Fan Mail" activity to create a more cohesive look, and to execute the activity more efficiently.
