Global Freight Planner

I worked as a sales Assistant in a retail store, which was an amazing and beneficial opportunity to get to know the products and the customers.

•	Planning and ordering of complete bikes and components in close coordination with the BMC office in Asia
•	Regular reports on delivery performance
•	Drive the improvement and implementation of reporting’s
•	First contact for sales concerning delivery dates, special requests and product details

•	Purchase and distribution of the screens across Europe, optimization of stock and cost of capital
•	Team meetings, Interdisciplinary meetings, conduction of the monthly S&OP meeting for Germany, management meetings
•	Reports and data adjustments in SAP
•	For Austria: preparation of the stocktaking, controlling of security arrangements, responsibility for profitability, Health and Safety management
•	Preparation of the budget numbers for my department
