Associate Fashion Designer

Energetic and adaptable designer that works well interdepartmentally. Thrived and works well in diverse environments. Exceptional use of computer applications on PC and MAC. Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and working knowledge of TukaCAD and WebPDM. 
Incorporated in my design process is a love of anatomy and a desire to design clothing that will provide exceptional fit for the customer. In my most recent role as an Associate Designer and product developer for a startup and consulting firm, I have had the opportunity to wear a variety of hats. Working with a plethora of clients and three in-house brands has challenged and developed my skills within both domestic and international production. I am able to quickly develop technical sketches, tech packs, cost sheets, CADs, BOMs, sewing instructions, line sheets and source fabrics/trims. I have effectively managed my time between in-house brands and consulting clients to meet deadlines for production. I am also experienced in the ability to design new artwork for promotional items, garments, print and social media. 
Additionally, I have also prepared photoshoots, maintained social media presence, built mobile stores, and coordinated vending opportunities.
