·	Execute all product details including: color, form, style, fit, graphic application, tag information, promotional materials, packaging, etc.
·	Drive new processes and improvements in best practices, policies and procedures in order to provide support in troubleshooting and addressing problems where they arise

Head of Operations and Creative Marketing

·	Skate and Footwear Buyer- Monitor trends in the local customer base, as well as looking at past sales to generate accurate purchasing techniques 
·	Network with skateboarding sales reps to sponsor events to create awareness and drive sales in those brands
·	Responsible for developing and implementing email marketing campaigns for all promotions and new product in the retail shop using Opt Culture


Skate and Footwear Buyer

·	In- house event and registration coordinator- responsible for coordinating in-house contests as well as private and group lessons, as well as running the registration software and inputting skater information and photos into the “skater database”
·	Community outreach event assistant “Boards for Bros” program providing at risk youth with boards, equipment and lessons to engage in a pro-social activity
·	Park, Contest and National Go Skateboarding Day announcer and video host
·	Retail manager- responsible for all around management of retail shop as well as day to day park operations.
