• Worked directly with manager to help create weekly schedules for employees through the “When I Work” app
• Taught and trained as a barista
• Worked as cook and bartender for beer and wine
• Developed a great relationship with the manager and owners and was taught the daily operations to run a small business

• Assisted in successfully bringing a new app to market around the WVU campus
• Pitched to local businesses about the benefits the app could bring to their restaurants 
• Spoke at lecture halls and classrooms around campus explaining the uses for the app and increasing downloads

• Used Red Hat open source software and Carahsell databases to help  nd potential clients and generate new sales leads
• Shadowed employees in the o ce and learned about making sales calls and other techniques useful to make sales to clients

• In charge of talking to and handling all the payment transactions between the customers and our team of laborers
• Was required to do lots of organization of the company’s accounts receivable and translation
• Worked directly with technicians to help with wiring for lights, and plumbing for the sprinkler systems
