My experience and background is in Marketing Projects, Event Management and ROI monitoring.  
I believe I am an incredible asset to any company due to the experiences I have gained working in a high-intensity, small business environment. Furthermore, my lifelong passion for the extreme sports industry is beyond measure. I have managed multiple tasks in a demanding environment which required personal interaction and collaboration among multiple departments. I consistently create positive impressions for customers and fans. I am highly self-motivated, I produce quality deliverables and I successfully engage both fans and colleagues. Additionally I strive to analyze and improve key processes. Lastly, my success in both marketing and sales roles would help me to work effectively while optimizing both departments processes.

Provide outstanding services to fans, ticket holders and clients attending Golden State Warriors games and events.

Proactively attract guests attention providing them with directions and suggesting information to upgrade their experience

Maintain up to date knowledge on the current services and attractions being offered at Oracle Arena and ensure this information is conveyed to guests effectively

Assist with the execution of promotional theme nights and other events

 Interact with fans, clients, and venue staff to provide a positive experience

Creative processes, management and collaboration of all Street team events involving team and founding partners of the Quakes. 

Manage and coordinate Street Team consisting of 20 members.

Represent the San Jose Earthquakes at local and regional events, watch parties at sports bars, festivals, appearances and various other assigned events. 

Support database collection efforts at every event and engage, interact with fans in a professional manner to answer any questions. 

Operate and maintain promotional equipment including but not limited to, the Earthquakes tent, inflatables, swag tables, survey area and other set-up elements. 

Street Team Lead

Collaborate with counterparts on sales, channel and strategic partners to coordinate logistics of marketing events and programs. Results: Collaborations would result in creation of 20 events a month on average, each ranging between $10,000-$100,000 in sales opportunities.
Drive development of Silver Peak’s audience/lead acquisition strategy and execution via Database Marketing, Email Marketing and Social Media Marketing. Distribute Marketing activity results and appropriate metrics to the proper owners. 
Identify and develop marketing programs with Channel Marketing that are effective multi-purposed programs and rolled out to the sponsorship/reseller community.
Develop and hone ROI & lead tracking analysis for all field marketing activities to identify trends and provide statistical prioritization of program types
Maintain calendar and management of a wide variety and large number of live and on-line events. Silver Peak-only, Technology partner joint events, sponsorships/reseller joint
