A self-motivated skateboarding nerd who specializes in digital media, online advertising, and web content aggregation. With roughly 3 years in the digital advertising space, 1 year in publishing for a major media outlet, and 3 years running a Boston-based skateboarding website as a passion project, I've worn multiple hats over the years. After recently making the move from Boston to Los Angeles, I'm in search of opportunities within the skate industry that lend themselves to any (or all) of my skills. 

Founder of SMLTalk.com, a Boston-based skateboarding blog averaging over 10k monthly page views. Regularly collaborates with Orchard Skate Shop, Vans, Converse, and other major brands to host local events, fundraisers, and even Boston's first-ever Skater of the Year awards. Content including but not limited to: interviews, videos, listicles, retrospective features, and music appreciation. A $0 budget, grass-roots operation with a five person staff.

Daily management and optimization of paid search initiatives for clients in footwear, travel, food, and pharmaceutical industries at a large, nationally-recognized advertising agency. Delivery of weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports. Building and trafficking of all campaign assets in major search engine interfaces. Management and pacing of multi-million dollar annual budgets. Collaboration with account, analytics, and display teams for strategy moving forward. 

Paid Search Specialist

Provides weekend news updates for RIDE Channel, Complex Media's hub for all things skate industry related. Responsible for content discovery, building of posts via CMS, and social pushes on official RIDE Channel Facebook and Twitter Accounts.

Weekend News Editor

Acting manager on duty at Boston's finest skate shop, assisting in daily operations including sales floor replenishment, customer service, setting up skateboards, and ensuring an accurate register count at the end of the day. Provided assistance in setting up for various events. 

Keyholder

Handled all aspects of inventory management including stockroom organization, floor replenishment, creation and processing of inter-store transfers, online order fulfillment, and daily shipment reception at Boston's flagship store. Collaborated with store and regional management to spearhead RFID inventory integration. Fluent in Retail Pro, Microsoft Excel, and Clarity RFID inventory management systems.
