Assistant Store Manager

Assistant Store Manger at the Burton Partner Store in the Wicker Park neighborhood of Chicago. Responsible for the productivity and tasks of sales associates. Maintain the general functionality and appearance of the sale floor, and stockroom. Utilizes social media to boost sales, and exposure. Plan and produce events that drive awareness of our store in Chicago. Promote healthy, productive, and enjoyable work environment for co-workers.

Responsible for maintaining customer service standards, complying with all Burton procedures in meeting sales goals, and protecting company assets. Responsible for supporting management and staff in the implementation of promotions, visuals, store maintenance and all other sales Functions. At customer service we respond to requests from customers via phones, emails, social media, and online chat. We guide and educate customers about Burton, Analog and Anon product lines. We own customer issues, from start to finish - provide excellent customer service while answering inquiries about product, online orders, warranty, and provide technical support to Burton consumers. We maintain and create professional one on one relationships with customers and fellow outdoor enthusiasts. Work alongside Burton's internal departments to ensure our riders are receiving the best and most accurate information. I have served over 2,546 requests over a span of 5 months with impeccable accuracy.  

Customer Service Representative

Built the Vans brand on and around Columbia College Chicago campus. Oversaw the execution of relevant marketing activations that strengthened the connections between Vans and students.

Shred Shop is a full service snowboard, skateboard, stand up paddle board (sups), and long boarding shop serving Chicago land since 1988. During my time a Shred Shop I formed the social media platforms, pioneered the social media strategy, planned events, and was an expert in snowboarding equipment and accessories.


Sales Associate / Social Media Cordinator 

Managed 20 kid’s ages 8-18 during daily training. Guided my kids through the events at the Vermont U.S. Open, U.S.A.S.A. Nationals at Copper Mountain, and spent 8 days as their coach at High Cascade Snowboard Camp.
