Brand Ambassador at Liv Cycling

Specialist in creating a positive guest experience with Bicycle Warehouse through online support, connection with stores, and performing follow-ups to create guest loyalty. Guest Experience Pro & Events Coordinator

Brand Ambassador for the women's bicycle brand "Liv" of Giant Bicycles. Assists in developing the women’s cycling community through the Liv brand and local Liv retailer. Acts as a liaison of the Liv brand by leading rides, hosting clinics and acting as a go-to resource for Liv and general cycling related information.
- Promotes cycling and knowledge of the Liv brand to the community.
- Hosts rides and informational clinics to engage women on bikes.
- Works with local retailer to help promote activity around the bike shop.
- Responsible for monthly reports summarizing events and activities.

e-Commerce specialist for soft good products including active apparel, footwear and swimwear for both in-house sales and consignment set up on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart and Overstock. 
Handling copywriting for all products and creating files to upload to online destinations. Organizing photoshoots including set up, shooting and editing, product coordination and working with models.

e-Commerce Specialist

Oversee all the day to day operations of the business to ensure high customer satisfaction and maximize retention. Main responsibilities include:
- All customer service including incoming calls, emails, and web inquiries? 
- Setting up new memberships and making sure current accounts are up to date and paid
- Maintain multiple instructor schedules, booking private lessons, testing, and seminars 
- Ordering all house supplies, uniforms, and custom items
- Manage merchandizing including sales, tracking and organizing storage rooms
- Planning and executing events for 300+ people? - Writing monthly member newsletters and managing all social media marketing
- Photography for marketing assets including the website and print materials

General Manager

Commercial photography both indoor and outdoor, including action, portraits, products and videos for the use of advertisements, catalogs, store signage and web. Worked both as a second photographer and lighting/gaffer as well as stylized and lead photoshoots. 
Main clients were in the bicycle and action sports industry including: Giant Bicycles, One Industries, SixSixOne, Specialized, Razor USA

Assistant Photographer

Lead inside sales for the U.S. both maintaining and servicing current accounts as well as creating leads for new accounts. Handled all customer service inquiries with bike dealers and consumers, as well as processing orders from dealers, outside reps and web orders. Worked at events such as Interbike, Outdoor Demo, and DealerCamp.

Inside Sales & Customer Service

Worked as a personal trainer and promoted within the company to Assistant Fitness Manager. Responsible for overseeing a staff of 21 Personal Trainers which included creating employee schedules, booking intro lessons with new clients, business forecasting, and holding weekly meetings with staff. Organized and executed clinics and events, and maintained a high level of interactivity with clients to create a positive atmosphere.
