A pre sales solution consultant for CRM, Loyalty, & Clienteling enterprise solutions. In this role, I leveraged my retail background to help current customers and prospects align their requirements and goals to the Aptos solution portfolio. I prepare for and conduct pitches focused around omni-channel customer engagement strategy, leveraging customer data to enhance store experience, and measuring ROI on marketing initiatives. My goal in this position is to help brand realize the power of engaging their customers in an authentic and personal way and supported by a best in class CRM & Loyalty solution. The role was 75% travel for onsite meetings and brand consultations

Solution Consultant - Stores CRM, CLienteling, & POS

Lead PM in experience-centric technology strategy and deployment across entire fleet. Think mobile POS solutions, RFID inventory visibility initiatives, and app development. Much of the role is balancing vendor deliverables and brand expectations for proof of concepts. I worked hands on with all four Urban Inc brands in tailoring each initiative to their specific needs for deployment.


Store Innovation Project Manager

Established a new global footwear business within an established leather goods brand. My goal was to take a marginally productive licensed category in house, develop the infrastructure needed for a proper line-plan calendar, and deliver a quality product to the customer. The role was heavy on Sr. level product presentations, assortment decks, and communication to a massive international team of buyers

Global Merchandise Manager - Men's Footwear

Developed an entirely new sales floor and selling culture within a brand in the midst of massive change. I was the liaison between marketing, creative services, merchandising, and the retail channel. My goal was to deliver an exponentially more authentic retail experience through initiatives that empowered the sales associate to tailor the store experience to the customer. I was responsible for the concept and execution of an in-store customization pop up shop, clientele and product knowledge apps, quarterly style guides, monthly digital learning tools, internal editorial content, consumer feedback surveys and all store creative assets. I managed a team of 12+ off-site training coordinators and ad hoc creative services support in content development

Sr. Experience Manager 

A regional training manager for the N. East and eventually all of N. America. The focus of the role was half project management of all new store openings and half training support for stores in need of leadership and often recruiting support. The job experience was heavy on travel and sales support.

Regional Training Manager (Brand Experience) 

I was the general manager at an outlet store concept after being an assistant manager for some time. Through a focus of hiring to personality and training to skill, we drove 18% comp gain, 14% gain to plan in my first year. That was also the highest gain in the entire fleet that year. 

While in the role I was also responsible for traveling to new stores to support the on-boarding of new staff and management.
