Instructor/Range Safty Officer

National Rifle Association Certified 
Responsible for the adherence to range specific and public safety regulations at a state of the art indoor shooting range ensuring a safe environment for guests and employees.
Provide instruction to all guests of the range on proper handling of all types of firearms including how to properly maintain firearms, negotiate various firearm malfunctions and the basics of firearm marksmanship on multiple platforms.


Extensive training of large privately owned retailers in the areas of sales, operations and merchandise management with a focus on the establishment of both inside and outside sales operations as well as their management.  
Provided organizations with tools for data capture and analysis to better understand how their organization was truly performing and identify areas of needed improvement while aiding in the development of plans to improve those areas.
Provided full time, permanent placement consulting to same client base aiding in the sourcing, vetting and negotiating of brining on employees from retail sales associates as well as general, operations and sales management professionals.  
Participated in the on site presentation of inside and outside sales as well as sales management training nationwide.  Developed training materials for in person training with business owners to help them cultivate a more structured strategy in their organizations.

Implemented corporate retail marketing strategy to seven retail locations producing over $10,000,000 in annual sales.
Designed and led training programs for new and veteran staff.

Oversaw training through hands-on, web-based video conferencing with partners such as manufacturer representatives and other industry veterans.
