•	Manage all new business procurement for largest janitorial company in Mid-Atlantic.
•	Consistently exceed sales goals: 31% over annual sales quota in 2016, with $352,000 excess revenue. Broke 2015 quota with 30% more   revenue, 2014 over 18% quota.
•	Produce highly-competitive RFP responses by utilizing a Property-specific cost-benefit analysis, including shared staffing, strategic partner savings, and additional incentives. 


•	Directed all aspects of successful, fast-paced New York City gallery specializing in contemporary and vintage fine art photography. Managed fine art inventory, art database, storage, and shipment. Supervised gallery support staff. 
•	Formatted layouts of featuring artist for publications, including Time Out New York and The New Yorker. Facilitated careers of 25 artists, including works sales, museum & institutional acquisitions, publications, local & touring exhibitions.
•	Handled marketing, press releases, and public relations requests for gallery, co-owners, and represented artists. Coordinated special events, opening receptions, and artist talks.
•	Procured new talent through artist submissions, portfolio reviews, and research.
