I'm a Creative Director with over 12 years experience leading a team of creative minds in designing accessories, legwear, underwear and activewear. 

Responsible for all aspects of design and development for the following brands accessories

Directly communicate with licensors regarding brand identity and collaborate on key brand initiatives. 
I lead a team of designers to develop seasonal collections while maintaining brand DNA. 
Development of sku plans based on retail needs

Conceptualize, develop and launch The Skechers Performance Legwear.
Oversee the design and development for the Puma legwear division.
Skillfully manage a team of designers in all aspects of design. 
Responsible for developing design calendar and ensuring creative team maintains project deadlines.
Frequent travel to China to visit factories and oversee the development process allowing for an extensive technical understanding of
accessories with a focus on legwear and underwear.
Liaison with cross-functional teams to plan and manage the business, partner as it pertains to product life cycle.

Conceptualized and developed the Funjamas brand including the 6 characters.
Responsible for creating brand identity, marketing materials and product packaging.
Created illustrations for a series of children's books and web based videos.
Designed and produced a collection of character based children's pajamas, t-shirts, slippers and plush toys.

Designed and constructed costumes for Rhianna's world tour.
Traveled to England for final fittings and onsite alterations.
Outfitted Rhianna for the European VMA's
Altered Rhianna's dress for her performance on the Dick Clark NYE show. Designed and constructed outfits for her back up dancers.

Made to Measure, Lil Kim
Designed and created custom pants for Lil Kim's performance at the VH1 Hip Hop Honors. Made alterations to adorning apparel.
