Marketing Production Manager

I am a hybrid of a project manager and an Account Executive. I handle projects for the Denver Broncos, Denver Outlaws (lacrosse) and the stadium events, so at any given time I could have up to 100 or so projects on my plate. I oversee a team of 4 designers and have been responsible for all hiring efforts; ensure creative output is on par with asks. Assist in planning and execution of marketing events. I also collaborate with all departments of the organization and am responsible for the management of project timelines, creative reviews and final output (print production).

Helped oversee smaller scale marketing efforts, including website and email campaigns. Additionally, kept up with agent intake paperwork for 200+ agents. Planned all office/agent events.

Helped oversee and maintain the weekly children's concerts and bi-weekly concerts in the garden. Coordinated with the bands and the sound to ensure that all concerts went over smoothly. Provided assistance with all marketing needs. Additionally, helped to coordinate the installation of the Chihuly exhibit. General upkeep of gardens and guest satisfaction.
