My substantial experience as a Production Scheduler and experience in lean manufacturing and supply chain management makes me an excellent candidate for a Supply Chain Analyst position. I am a subject matter expert with a record of accomplishment of unifying cross functional teams. I have a broad-spectrum understanding of the entire manufacturing process and work diligently to improve service delivery to customers. Facilitated all supply chain activities related to new product introduction with manufacturing partners.  Managed component inventory levels to ensure manufacturing continuity against forecast. Managed customer order fulfillment from approval to order completion, including all options and software.  Acted as a liaison between Operations, Manufacturing partners, IT and Finance.

Supply Chain Program Manager

Scheduled production build plans for 21 production cells. Managed inventory levels in multiple offsite warehouses.  Monitored and maintained both supplier and customer on time delivery rating. Worked with Manufacturing, Engineering and Purchasing to ensure correct material availability. Minimized obsolescence by confirming product build-out and engineering change revisions are planned accordingly. Created daily ASN/exception reports to identify product shortages. Conducted quarterly cycle counts.
