FREELANCE ARTIST

Went to FIDM in Los Angeles where I graduated with a degree in Fashion Design. Worked in retail for a little over 5 years for the same plus size company where I was able to excel in not only customer service but also in merchandising. I've been able to also work in an office setting for a health and wellness company as a Shipping Coordinator where I learned  the inner workings of logistics while also given the opportunity to help the accounting department with calculating the profit and loss of trade shows where the company sold the products. At this point in my life I am a Freelance Artist in which I network to acquire new clients and get commissioned work ranging from art work to product design. Even though my work history is all over the place I was able to learn different aspects of businesses and so making me a well rounded individual.  

•	Ability to network with a wide range of individuals in order to acquire new clientele
•	Manage customer relations by sending emails, phone interaction and mailing samples
•	Accomplished deadline sensitive projects 


•	Liaison between the customer, sales rep and warehouse to ensure all shipments be delivered successfully

•	Daily phone interactions with assistant manager at the Hawaii office to ensure the shipments by sea arrive on time and with all the correct paperwork.
•	Calculated  sales commission along with the profit and loss of each trade show nationwide


SHIPPING COORDINATOR

•	Exceeded sales goals by providing high quality customer service
•	Conducted routine inventory audits to assist the buyer to replenish inventories while minimizing the excess
•	Worked as a team to maintain and organize the store displays to enhance product visibility as well as store appeal
•	Opened/closing the store along with daily handling of currency
