Senior Graphic Designer & Production Manager

I'm looking to make a move from the midwest to southwestern US, preferably working in the outdoor industry.  Currently... as production manager, I monitor projects from inception to completion.  My goal is to decrease material costs, accelerate delivery time and increase productivity. As senior graphic designer, I ensure advertising designs are effective and relevant.

Production Manager | Senior Graphic Designer [2014 - Present]
• Monitor and improve production efficiency while reducing costs.
• Print final product, laminate and trim to size.
• Maintenance, minor repair and operation of an industrial laminator (Al-Meister PLS3310) and paper cutter (Triumph 5255).
• Conduct monthly staff meetings; maintain meeting records.
• Write design procedure and equipment operation instructions.
• Train staff with the aforementioned instructions.
• Decreased production time over a two year period from an average of 67 days to 23 days.
