CPS / Social Media Sr. Supervisor

Amanda Marie Santoyo: Always ready to listen, learn, or lead.  Usually found outside running and laughing, but not in a crazy way. Always hungry for both professional growth, and literally any food.  Over the years I have worked up the ranks at QALO inc starting as a customer service agent, Amazon coordinator, Social Media Specialist, to my longest position of multi-platform Senior Coordinator in e-commerce and marketing fields. I learn each day from my team and family at QALO and am ever thankful for the managerial skills, personal grace, and marketing experience this successful start up company has offered. My ultimate goal is to remain involved with an active lifestyle to succeed in my career.   I love to encourage the young at heart to live a life full of adventure and creativity...and to look good doing it.


•	Writes and maintains copy for Help Center, Q&A, and Solvvy* 
•	Supervises Facebook Platform, Amazon Seller Platform(incl. international), and all EU contacts
•	Creatively works towards customer retention and loyalty
•	Audits US, EU, and AU ECOM site for navigation, functionality, product-to-image accuracies
•	Managing a team of 15 Problem Solvers, both in house and international
•	Directly works with Product Development to ensure the best customer-first purchasing experience 
•	Web Analytics to find strongest consumer relationship strategies
•	Handles escalations for Customer Service

Primary Responsibilities
•	Customer Relations
•	Manage customer inquiries via phones, emails, and chats
•	Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns (problem-solving)
•	Perfectly knowledgable in the thousands of SKUs and their product information

•	Assist with marketing initiatives and goals
•	Hand-packing and personalizing special orders for VIP customers
