Assistant Apparel Designer

Hey guys,

My name is Niina. I’m a 26-year-old apparel designer from the wild backwoods of Finland.
I’m very passionate about the things I love, and designing high quality apparel is definetely one of those. 

I worked as an design intern at adidas Originals menswear from March to September in 2016. 
I completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion and Apparel Design at Savonia University of Applied Sciences in June 2016. Prior to my time at adidas I also did a six-month internship at the stylishly rough Finnish clothing brand Makia.

In addition to my passion I am a creative and flexible team-player with work-hard attitude and eagerness to learn new things. I have a strong vision and great eye for detail. I use Adobe Creative Suite as a tool effortlessly but I also love to draw on real paper and play with fabrics and colors. I’m fascinated by geometric shapes and harmonies between colors and materials. I get inspired by active lifestyle, traveling, streetwear and authencity.
