I possess over a decade of customer service in the retail industry.  During those nine years in customer service I have been a manager as well as a buyer.  The experience of that position garnered me with the information required for the position available, including such responsibilities as time scheduling, A/R, A/P, QC and etc.  I am eager to perform as needed and to learn a new area of business. I am extremely self-motivated and feel I will be of great assistance to your team, due to the experience I have acquired throughout my career.


As an accredited cosmetics consultant I was trained by Clinique to become an exclusive Clinique consultant to sell product with knowledge and technique.
Consulted customers on skincare and make-up application.
Handled all transactions with a computerized program, including cash and credit cards.
Met or excelled at all sales and loyalty goals put forth by both Macy’s and Clinique.


As manager I performed duties of scheduling, facilitating and implementing of sales (i.e. marketing and advertising, signage) and all buying for the store.
