• Provide and troubleshoots Windows XP/7/8.1 & 10 hardware/software setups, printer/fax and scanner support and repair. Conducts software and hardware installation/upgrades. Ownership of the Technology & Tech Services areas. Responsible for engaging and providing an exceptional experience for customers requiring Technology products/services. Build ongoing customer relationships and become a trusted advisor by utilizing support and troubleshooting of IT issues in-person, remote, and over the phone. Provide remote support for off-site customers. Documents helpdesk administration procedures. Office 365/Active Directory.
• Assists in maintaining IT asset records and advanced Technology product and services knowledge to meet customers’ need.
• As well as LAN and infrastructure (wiring, troubleshooting and connectivity).
