I recently moved to the Los Angeles area from the midwest to pursue my career in the Marketing and Events Industry. I graduated with Cum Laude and Departmental Honors from the University of Missouri in May of 2014 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communication and a minor in Hospitality Management with an emphasis in Event Planning. I have held numerous internship and leadership positions in the Marketing and Events Industry. I have developed excellent marketing, event planning, and communication skills from my past intern experiences and education, and have learned the true importance of organization. My extensive studies in communications, mass media and hospitality management have given me confidence in writing, computer, communications and interpersonal skills. I am passionate, creative, and always eager to learn. I thrive in a fast-paced culture and go above and beyond in every task given to me. I am a very determined, dependable, and a hard working young woman.


o	Assisted the Event Coordinator to ensure all event host’s requests were met above expectations

o	Planned & executed an $100,000 wedding with 400 guests
