Assistant Manager, Food and Beverage

Seeking a new career opportunity in the various Ski-Industry related fields of marketing and sales. I hope to turn my varied educational and professional background into an asset for prospective employers, adding diversity and a fresh outlook to the team. Above all, I hope to channel my passion for skiing and the outdoors into a career. 

Full-time, management duties within the company’s food and beverage department.
Duties performed include shift oversight of high volume bar location in downtown Boston, additional oversight of daily sightseeing cruises, as well as general management of inventory and personnel. 
Additional duties include ensuring end-of-shift security for large sums of cash, as well as thousands of dollars worth of equipment and inventory. 


Full-time, seasonal work at high volume, slopeside restaurant.
Duties included daily food and beverage customer service interactions, handling of large amounts of cash, and assistance in bi-weekly inventory tracking. 


Bartender

Full-time, contracted Researcher working on several different federally funded research projects concerning current terrorism trends and homeland security threats. 
Primary duties require direct management of ten undergraduate interns to oversee efficient and correct data coding, while aiming to build individual interns’ research skills.   
Additional duties include database review, statistical analysis and interpretation, report writing, and detailed background research.
Assisting in presentation of findings to various academic and law enforcement personnel, as well as other public speaking opportunities representing the CTSS. 
Completed week long training seminar at Carnegie Melon University CASOS program on ORA and AutoMap Network Analytic software, including data acquisition techniques.
