Global Brand Coordinator / Wholesale Operations Specialist

With a high interest in management and marketing, one of my ultimate professional goals is to build a career in a managerial position within a company that mirrors my desire for athletics, business operations, and the outdoors. I graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in the Leeds School of Business with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Operations Management and Marketing. I am seeking opportunities where I can apply my strong work ethic along with my knowledge and skills in both management and marketing to help enhance business. Growing up in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, Ski Town USA, I have a strong passion for skiing and sports in general. I have grown up as a competitive ski racer, gaining awards and attending Junior Olympics, among other elite races. Participating in a competitive sport has taught me how working hard and having a strong passion assists in the ability to succeed.  

- Manage all communication with our sourcing company: product development, lab dip approvals, pricing structure to ensure established margin, and calendar operations
- Assist in design and development of each apparel line 
- Direct contact for all reps – communication on timing of samples, order deadlines, line updates, and shipping 
- Developed the launch of Elastic Suite as the new B2B site and manage the day-to-day operations
- Contributes to the integration and onboarding of NetSuite ERP to our wholesale business
- Works closely with Marketing on product launches, key marketed styles, and ensuring all product is utilized
- Launched a new 3PL in Canada 


Wholesale Operations Specialist

- Category / Product manager for Dakine Apparel: review and assist in briefing the line, design and development, sample management, wholesale order operations, catalog development, shipping operations
- Manage monthly P&L reviews
- Direct point of contact for all Licensees
- Manage all International distributors and International order fulfillment
- Kickstarted Dakine and Body Gloves first involvement with A Walk on Water non-profit

- Collaborated in the relaunch of Dakine Apparel through managing the new sourcing company with product line management, product calendars, design, and shipment tracking
- Counterpart to the director of sales – directed the set up and launch of NuOrder, order book management, rep contracts, and vendor agreements
- Contributed to the setup and launch of a new 3PL - OMS, diagnosing receiving errors, monitoring orders, carton exports, ASN imports, managing ATS
- Manage all rep and athlete sample orders
- Direct the PDP photoshoots for all Dakine Apparel

Sales Associate

• Uses Cegid, OLAP, BI and creation of weekly Ad Hoc reports to analyze daily sales and react to current store inventory levels 
• Forecasts future sales for pre-books on key materials based on current and past season selling
• Manages store inventory based on store sales plans, capacity, key promotional periods, sales trends, and peak selling periods
• Works closely with buyers to execute and manage proper season assortment, floor sets, prepare inventory levels during
key promotional and peak selling periods
• Ensures and manages proper levels of inventory in all vertical retail doors, from initial allocation through the replenishment processes and down to the size level in order to maximize sales and improve turn
• Manages and optimizes inventory levels in both our retail stores and distribution center as well as past season product and ensuring the consistent push to our outlet doors
• Works directly with wholesale and buyers to capitalize on ATS inventory for sales trends 
• Works directly with distribution center teams to ensure timely shipments and delivery
• Monitors delivery of the product to the distribution center and communicate potential threats to inventory and impact on visual merchandising 




Allocations Analyst - Retail

• Provides exceptional sales support including entering manual orders, systematic orders, managing and
updating order status’, and responding to emails/phone calls within a timely manner
• Manages and maintains order book for all Canadian Key Accounts, including our largest account Sport
Chek
• Assists with management of top accounts (Amazon, Zappos, Macy's, etc.) in the company when needed or
when team members are out
• Extensive knowledge of SAP, BI, and other reporting tools, including SalesForce to maximize visibility on
all orders and inventory
• Works with the warehouse on a daily basis to diminish shipping and packing delays
• Communicates daily with other departments to ensure all orders are accounted for and transparency of
supply related actions

• Created monthly marketing dashboards utilizing Google Analytics, Bronto, and Social Media
