I recently graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Apparel and Textile Design and a cognate in Public Relations

-Assisted in development of tech packs by creating comment and detail pages for construction of product using Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel
-Created and made changes to technical sketches 
-Attended and assisted production and design team with fit sessions for prototyping, took notes and photos relating to fit and fit changes
-Created graphic layouts for artwork and graphic patterns and places artwork and graphic patterns onto sketches using Photoshop

Freelance Design Assistant

-Responsible for trend research and trend developments, presented ideas for creation of mood boards, color palettes and innovative techniques
-Developed graphic patterns fitted for specific textile needs of product
-Fabric matched including color, weight, and material and sourced each material individually for product development
-Coordinated tech packs of seasonal designs and their specifications using Excel

-Made and maintained relationships with vendors to efficiently and effectively source fabrics, trim, materials, and hardware
-Assisted with the development of new and innovative product design fitted for outdoor sports and recreation
-Developed technical flats of product for tech packs using Illustrator
