My name is Georgie Kagianas. I am a Chicago born who moved to California to pursue my dream in outdoor sports. I am passionate about the outdoor sports industry and exude the lifestyle. Personally manage suite partners of the 49ers and Levi’s® Stadium by building and maintaining relationships to enhance suite partner experience

Create interactive content to engage with suite partners during a predominately virtual NFL season due to the pandemic
Responsible for inventory management of suite rentals for the 49ers season as well as third party events and concerts hosted at Levi’s® Stadium
Activation of suite partner entitlements to ensure delivery of all contractually obligated items

Coordinate the sale and delivery of 4-80 person capacity suite rentals for 160+ Bulls and Blackhawks games and world-class concerts and events, such as Elton John, KISS, and Queen
Execute rental suite contract and finalize returned agreement with payment in Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and Archtics ticketing database
Communicate day-of-event logistics with the client such as ticketing, parking, catering, pre-event meetings, etc. and resolve client requests and guest recovery opportunities in a timely fashion
Act as a liaison between internal departments i.e. Box Office, Marketing, Creative Services, Accounting, Guest Services, Levy Catering, and Chicago Bulls and Chicago Blackhawks executives
Managed report presented to the Bulls and Blackhawks executive leadership based on Complimentary Suites for sponsors such as Coca-Cola, Zenni, AT&T, and promotors such as Live Nation

Rental Suite Coordinator

Personal service representative to 470+ accounts primarily consisting of Premium Diamond Club members
Renew season seat holders into the upcoming season while providing upgrade opportunities and manage clients’ financial status of their account
Generate revenue through suite rentals, mini and full season ticket packages, group ticket purchases
Resolve guest recovery opportunities in a timely fashion 
Build and maintain relationships with clients via B2B drop-ins, seat visits, membership events, phone calls
Provide clients with exclusive in-game and on-field experiences

Successfully relocated and renewed Season Ticket Members from Sleep Train Arena into their new seat location for the inaugural 2016-17 basketball season at Golden 1 Center during annual renewal campaign
