Logistics Manager

Overseeing all responsibilities for the international and domestic logistics teams and the dispatch planning activities of inbound and outbound freight. Working closely with Sales and Warehousing to ensure proper execution of all outbound orders. In constant communication with Demand Planning/Inventory, Production and Sales to ensure all inbound product is received on schedule. Constant and consistent increase of productivity and performance by implementing 5S and Kepner Tregoe methodology.

Overseeing all responsibilities for international and domestic logistics outbound freight. Working closely with Sales and Warehousing to ensure proper execution of all outbound orders. Understanding and working over numerous EDI platforms and customer databases to ensure proper preparation of customer sales order based on specific requirements.
