2015 & 2016 Accell North America Ebike Territory Manager of the Year
Recent Work Summary:
For this model year, the Accell organization has undergone significant changes, and my territory has expanded from 5 states to 10. I will also be coordinating with 13 other local sales team members throughout my territory to expand the iZIp and Raleigh E-bike distribution and continue the strong sales acceleration I have developed in my territory. As of mid-season, June 2016, my territory is 119% of expected sales.
I opened 36 new dealers vs. an expectation of 19, and my sales through the 2015 model year were 214% over the previous year.
In May 2014, I joined the sales team at Currie Technologies as the West Coast Territory Manager. There are tremendous opportunities in the Electric Bike Category and sales acceleration has been exceptional in my territory. In my first full model year on the team,
2014 May thru December % from Previous Year
Total Sales $$$ : 150%
Total Units Sold : 132%
Average Selling Price : 156%
# of Unique Dealers : 132%
Average Spend per Dealer : 170%
2013 was a great year for my team despite the challenges of being in a weather-driven business in a dry year. I continued to build the strength of my team, our skills and efficiency, and we finished with 16% revenue growth over 2012.
In 2012, I was hired to rebuild the Technical Services team, to train our team of technicians to an industry-leading level of expertise, and to reestablish our shop's exceptional performance standards. In less than 1 year we were back in the Top 3 stores in the Bay Area district in labor revenue and payroll efficiency.
In my management tenure, I have built and developed several cohesive teams, with as many as 30 employees in sales and operations. My teams have consistently exceeded industry performance standards and achieved top district rankings in strategic KPI's such as gross departmental sales, operational efficiency, and new membership acquisition.
