College achieved “1 Club” status from the Internal Audit Team.  This was the result of minimal findings in a rigorous internal audit that examined areas such as Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, Financial Aid, Academics and Placement.
    • Successful announced and unannounced Compliance Inspections by the California Bureau of Private Post-Secondary Education.  Both visits resulted in no Notice to Comply.

   • Streamlined processes to ensure compliance with Title IV and Accreditation Requirements. 
    • Discovered potential revenue from waste copper generated through classroom activity in the Electrician and Plumbing programs.  This revenue was used to supplement a fund that provided need based aid to students.
    • Partnered with industry leaders such as Volkswagen, Mazda, Hitachi, AutoZone and Pro-Cut to provide relevant training, tools & equipment as well as late-model vehicles.
    • Also performed the roles of acting Academic Program Chair for the Automotive Technology and Electrician programs.
