eCommerce Buyer / Merchandiser

• Lead eCommerce Buyer / Merchandiser for all Men’s products.
• Men’s Sportswear, Alpine, Logo, Performance Knits, Snow, Workwear, Fishing, Trail Running, Surf and Wetsuits.

• Responsible for developing, communicating and implementing the North America Retail (38 stores) seasonal merchandise assortment and buying strategy for key product categories.
• Logo/Graphic Apparel, Equipment, Outside Vendors, Snow, Surf and Wetsuits

Retail Buyer

• Range Planning – develop equipment, accessories and mountainwear line plan which will meet the needs of each segment of customer while maximizing sku productivity.
• Design – work with the global design units to ensure that we design and develop the most sought after, on trend and high quality products possible to our customer.
• Sales Management – Work with the VP of Sales and the sales force to develop sales goals, manage order deadlines and monitor key accounts sell out and inventory movements.
• Forecasting – approve the forecasted sales by style and color using history and current information to provide the finance department for budgeting and the sourcing department to plan seasonal demands.

Jr Product Manager - Equipment, Accessories & Moutainwear

• Responsible for maximizing retail sales and profitability of the technical product divisions (Wetsuits, Equipment, Watches and Footwear) as well as all Non-Ripcurl outside vendor products (hardgoods, eyewear and accessories).
• Responsible for determining the optimal product mix for our 23 flagship retail stores and 6 licensed airport stores in North America.
• Improved retail buying strategies and processes with 15+ third-party vendors, contributing to a sales increase for both men's accessories (+18%) and hardgoods (+12%) while maintaining similar inventory levels.

Retail Buyer, Technical products & third-party vendors

• Responsible for all wholesale purchasing decisions in North America, which includes managing supply planning for multiple product divisions (Men's & Women's Apparel, Wetsuits, Footwear, Watches & Bags)
• Determine style forecasts based on sales predictions, statistical forecasting inputs, and historical trends with inventory profitability goals.
• Perform analysis on current inventory and future receipts. Provide recommendations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Participate in pre-season assortment planning process to identify areas of product opportunity and risk.
• Support the development of new reporting capabilities using Power BI.

Wholesale Buyer / Supply Planner

• Building & maintaining buy plans for both retail and e-commerce.
• Undertaking detailed analysis of range performance; stock optimization & availability; sales results & product offering.

DTC Merchandise Planner

• End-to-end supply chain flowcharts design, from production kick-off to warehouse receiving and shipping processes. Warehouse picking route analysis for retail fill orders, turnaround time improvements.

Supply Chain Analyst

• Monitoring MS Project planning tools, ensuring deadlines will be met on time and identifying crucial milestones for our B2B clients.
• Lean Management tools knowledge : Continuous improvements, be "Kaizen" friendly, PDCA
• Manage project risk, profitability and SAP budget
• Use of KPI, Visual & Clean Project Management
