Led boots-on-the-ground, grassroots marketing to integrate gyms into the local community and drive new customer acquisition,
conversion to membership, and member retention. Collaborated across departments to create a holistic marketing approach,
resulting in yoga, fitness, and youth program attendance growth. Created content for organic and paid social media posts using
Adobe Suite tools (Photoshop & Illustrator) and launched the first Bouldering Project Tik Tok account.
