I graduated from the California State University, Fullerton with a degree in Finance. With the economy seeing some unfortunate instability, I headed into the sales and customer retention field. I was fortunate enough to join a stellar team that focused on customer service and exceeding monthly goals. 

After experiencing so many different departments of the communication industry, I am excited to see what opportunities are available. I enjoy honing my current skills and learning new ones. 

My main hobbies outside of the work place include golfing and softball with my best friends, and also relaxing trips to the beach with my family. Feel free to reach out and connect, would love to talk.

Maintains and balances an accounting system by inputting data; scheduling required jobs and verifying data. Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and reconciling accounts. Prepares payments for A/P bills and payroll. 

Staff Accountant

Collect and analyze data for monitoring trends. Identified opportunities for improvement, and translated to actionable items for continuous training of call center staff. Post training data collection to monitor improvements to Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to industry standard. Other duties include facilitation of calibration meetings with supervisory and management staff for call quality standards. 

Quality Assurance Specialist

Fielded incoming calls and emails from Mazda customers that included product questions, customer concerns, and service requests. Took these opportunities to improve customer service. Other duties included leading technical training huddles once per week to discuss the technical workings of specific systems in Mazda vehicles. This was used to improve product knowledge for agents to be able to effectively discuss with customers. Coordinated department events to boost moral and reward staff.

Customer Experience Representative

Fielded incoming calls from Cox customers that included product and service questions, customer concerns, technical support, and cancellation of service. Took these interactions to improve customer relationship, and provide industry leading customer service. Other duties included new hire training, and implementing outbound customer retention campaigns. 

Customer Retention Representative

Coordinated all event planning, various meetings and incentives. Developed and distributed reports for department. These reports included KPI scorecards, and recommended training opportunities. Ensured floor knowledge of new campaigns that will assist in generating sales and customer retention opportunities. Other duties include training of new processes, products and competition knowledge.  

Retention Department Coordinator

Responsible for the supervision of staff and quality of the product being delivered to customers. The main goal of this position is to assure that guests were satisfied and well taken care of during each and every visit. Responsible for the construction and preparation of customer banquet parties. Implementation of new and test food items. Earned recognition as gold standard quality and service trainer.
		


Assistant Manager

Balanced daily credit and cash receipts of $20,000+. Responsible for the balancing of daily change orders and petty cash drawer. Responsible for the coding of A/P and Inventory the closing of books quarterly and yearly. Earned 100% Restaurant Risk Review audit.
