I am a career- motivated individual who is hungry and eager to work for a company that I can grow with. I am a huge problem solver and heavy knowledge seeker with a positive attitude. I am eager to contribute to the growth in sales for a prestigious company with my years of experience. 

I truly believe a customer will always remember not what you did to solve their problem, but how you made them feel and how you related to their issue in the process. 

call customers who sent inquiries online looking for refinance options,  personal loans and other options. 
Verify customer's information that was placed online is correct. 
Overcome objections to get them over to a licensed lending officer.  
Answer questions and get borrower over to the right department

Sales for student loan programs.
collections / customer support.  Collecting the payments missed by customers.  Answering questions on payment plans and programs.  

Sales / Customer Support

Open/close store.  Check hourly reports and report numbers to the manager.  Stock and replenish shelves.  Count drawers to make sure they're ready for the next day.  

Key holder 

Take orders.  Make shakes.  Run food.  Clean the restaurant and bathrooms

Cashier

To help set up the restaurant for breakfast.  Set up for lunch.  Run tables.  Clean the restaurant inside and outside.

In charge of opening and closing the restaurant.  Made sure drawer amounts were even.  I was in charge of inventory.
