In-House Sales Representative- Major Accounts

Marketing & Sales

•Manage the men’s and youth divisions for our largest volume accounts including: Macy’s, Bloomingdales, and Bealls 
•Conduct seasonal line showings 
•Maintain the Macy’s, Bloomingdales, and Bealls order files, working with our distribution team to ensure that all product is allocated and delivered to distribution centers on time
•Work directly with our design teams to develop SMU styles

•Sales Representative for all core lifestyle and hair accounts throughout California, PNW, and Rocky Mountains
•Actively reached out/ conducted in store visits to accounts to maintain a healthy relationship and to generate reorders to help exceed quarterly sales goals
•Sought new healthy distribution, breaking the company record for most new accounts opened in one month, with 19 new doors
•Worked closely with retailers, my accounts discontinued business with all other men’s grooming brands, granting exclusivity to Uppercut Deluxe 
•Order file management, including shipping related communication with retailers
•Conducted the consumer facing launch of our Matt Pomade, which became our top selling SKU

•Assisted 9 different independent sales reps in key regional territories including: Midwest, Florida, Puerto Rico, Northern California, Orange County, San Diego County, and Arizona servicing large accounts such as Jack’s, Swell, Active, Lids, The House and Sun Diego

•Maintained client order files, working with our distribution team to ensure that all product is allocated and delivered to accounts on time  
•Managed RMA’s and credit memos for all core accounts 
•Ensured customer satisfaction while acting as the point person for all United States and Canadian consumer warranties
