After travelling the world for the past 12 months I am now keen and motivated to pursue a professional career. As a Business graduate my aspiration is to further develop my knowledge and skills while utilizing my unique perspective to approach marketing/media challenges. I am specifically interested in a role that involves working as part of a team to develop insight driven strategies and campaigns. I am also looking to require sponsorship for work. 

Key responsibilities:
-	Provide support to long standing customers and to retain strong relations to deliver on individual targets and KPI’s. Successful in achieving weekly save rate targets. 
-	In addition to being responsible for individual targets, I took on additional responsibility which included data analysis on team stats, analyzing variance in individual stats in comparison to actual figures.
-	Communicate the benefits of products effectively and promote the brand qualities.
-	Conflict resolution through an understanding customer needs and negotiating pricing. Managing to slash pricing for customers by at least 10% whilst re-contracting them to benefit the company long term.
-	Up-selling products and services to benefit customer needs and as well as gaining value to the company.


Retentions Advisor

Key responsibilities:
-	Sales data analysis to allow for product ordering/ forecasting, building trends for styles and sizes of products.
-	Customer data analysis based on sales from publications used for marketing the brand to analyze the advertising spend for each publication. Also using this to manage the marketing budget.
-	Assisting with developing and implementing strategies for campaigns, in addition to updating website and social media content.
-	Contributing ideas to create opportunities to generate brand awareness.
