My name is Kelli Howell and I am a junior at the University of Arkansas. I am majoring in Apparel Merchandising and Product Development with a minor in Marketing and Business logistics. I plan to graduate in December 2017, after skipping a semester of college.Previously, I have been a social media intern at CeCe's closet, and a merchandising and marketing intern at Glik's Apparel Group. Along with my internships, I am president of Students for Retailing Excellence (STORE), President of Love Your Melon, Vice President of Advertising Club, a Dale Bumpers College Ambassador, a project manager for the McMillion Innovation Lab, a University of Arkansas ambassador, and an I-friend host for international students. As of right now I am looking for opportunities involving a summer internship starting in the summer of 2017. I am dedicated to my work and passionate about making a difference. I have had numerous worldwide experiences and can adapt to multiple cultures. I have an eye for trends in market, as well as trends in other cultures. I excel at, but am not limited to:

As an Express branding intern, I play a vital role in the creation of authentic and engaging marketing events that strengthen the brand’s connection to my fellow classmates. I will also use my expertise in social media to communicate the voice of Express to my peers by creating compelling original content and promoting events.

-Meeting with the buying team to help create Fall Fashion trend magazine 2016. This piece would be sent to all stores as the cornerstone of our Back to School store meeting 2016.
-Assist Marketing department on developing a Back to School direct mail piece to be mailed to top customers.
-Assist in Social Media and product write-up with the e-commerce team.
-Assist buying team in seeking out key items that are relevant to the college and teen market
-Attend select Vendor appointments at home office
