Account Manager

Responsible for all operational and managerial aspects of two dedicated trucking fleets which work as a third party contracted hauler for two Pittsburgh Paints (PPG) distribution centers to deliver product for to their small stores and customers.

Daily responsibilities include but not limited to: Direct supervision over all plant employees.  Production scheduling, tracking and forecasting.  Ensure that all inbound loads are processed timely and graded properly.  Maintain maintenance of equipment and operate as needed (front loader, forklift, extended boom lift, small hook trucks etc.). Lead daily & Monthly plant safety meetings.  Daily plant productivity reports.  Complete required daily, monthly, MRFF,SWPPP, and other plant-wide inspections.  Update and track all maintenance issues with trucks, rolling stock, and machinery. 
	Other  responsibilities include: HR functions such as Payroll, Disciplinary actions with my direct subordinates and employee evaluations.  Keeping up to date DOT and personnel files for all of our employees.
