Started my own brand to make gear that I think is missing from the market, solving problems that every hiker has. Founding and developing Cnoc Outdoors involved many aspects of the outdoors product industry and facilitated skills such as:

- Developing products from idea to finished product
- Sourcing manufacturing, maintaining relationships and handling all communications
- Managing all areas of the business: marketing, logistics, finance, customer service and sales
