Train, coach, and develop staff in forecasting and planning process and tools to improve forecast accuracy and inventory management. •	Developed market-based demand planning process and team to execute a cross functional S&OP process that delivered 25% improvement in aggregate SKU forecast accuracy resulting in 10M reduction in inventory investment and 100% achievement of sales plan over 6 months post implementation.
