•Assist the Firm’s attorneys with everyday client communication, document formatting and redlining, client status-reports and PowerPoint webinars. 
•Assist with HIPAA documentation, request proposals, audit response letters, legal research using Westlaw and Lexis Nexus, as well as set up HIPAA files and presentations. Create and amend corporate entities within the United States. File documents with the New York State Department and The Department of Education, File multiple state operations, assemble corporate kits, and obtain EIN and Tax Id numbers. Schedule and coordinate all travel arrangements and calendar events for partner attorneys. Prepare and file litigation documents; correspond with the court and the process service company. Prepare and review various healthcare and business related legal forms, business contracts and employment agreements. Experience with HIPAA privacy law.  Assemble Arbitration packets to unpaid clients. Performed high level presentations for management.
