District Executive

•	Worked directly with a volunteer board of directors and key community and business leaders to create a lasting succession plan to promote long term growth.

Human Resource Manager

•	Responsible for driving over $20 million in annual sales through, Target Credit, pharmacy, loyalty drivers, and in store marketing campaigns.
•	Managed a hardlines and electronics team that led the district in add on sales, by exceeding last year’s results by 10%.
•	Led the hardlines and consumables team to exceed company goals to achieve an “Excellent” rating as determined by the District Team Leader.
•	Increased productivity and reduced payroll by 1% from 2013-2014, while driving a sales increase of 5%.
