Human Resource Manager

Human Resource Manager:
Training & Development needs and managing the HR & training function of the property. Work closely with Area Director of HR & Director of Training in implementing, achieving and maintaining the training goals.

Assist in implementation of all HR operational policies and processes and provide recommendations as to how these can be improved, as appropriate. Work of an efficient team of associates by taking an active interest in their welfare, safety and development.
To assist in the preparation of HR Budget and the Recruitment Plans. Conduct and facilitate HR, Corporate and any management training programs, when necessary. To assist planning, organizing, managing and directing activities of the Human Resources Department for the Hotel. Administer the training budget and purchase training materials as required.

Oversee all employee relations and labor-related matters as they relate to federal, state and local employment laws. Work with unions.
