Increase brand awareness and trial of Perfect Bar items by building store-level route and conduct in-store demos. Call on Department Managers in retailers and assist with merchandising the shelf, placing reorders and filling voids to ensure product distribution on all authorized SKUs. Field Activation Specialist

Creates awareness and trial of all KRAVE Jerky products at strategic local events. retail outlets, and activate sampling events throughout the assigned area, including influencer seeding, social media initiatives and product drops to create a personal connection with the consumer. Oversee Brand Ambassador recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling. Build and manage event and demo schedule. Develop effective and breakthrough local marketing initiatives that help create and increase brand awareness and help drive sales back to retail. Create weekly and monthly recaps of market execution, capturing various metrics that support and validate Field Marketing Team initiatives. Opening new accounts. Having a very flexible work schedule, working at home office, days, evening, onsite activations, weekends. Strong networking and relationship building skills; energetic, motivated, outgoing, competitive and embraces our brand. Understanding and knowledge of all social media platforms.
