Engage customers  regarding SolarCity’s clean energy solutions to drive the creation of in-store leads. Conduct in-store seminars and events for 20 or more people. Working closely with the Channel Account Manager to achieve sales targets, personal goals, team goals and objectives. 

Accomplishments: Q1 2nd place sales in Colorado, 7 completed installs with 29 contracts currently in process, 7th in nationwide sales for the month of February

Create awareness and trial of all KRAVE products at strategic local events and retail store level; activate sampling events, influencer seeding, social media initiatives and product drops to create a personal connection with the consumer. Works closely with Area Marketing Manager to provide creative and strategic input in local and national program planning; including branding, advertising, community building and overall timeline.

Sales

Greeting, directing, and/or assisting guests/VIPs to appropriate designated areas as they enter the hotel lobby. Gather, summarize, and provide local area knowledge to inform guests about the property and the surrounding area amenities, including special events and local activities. Operate telephone switchboard station in order to answer telephone calls. Process guest requests for wake up calls, screening calls, and other requests related to placing or receiving telephone calls.
Provide information to guests about room features, property amenities, and local areas of interest.

Lobby Ambassador

Assisted the Store Manager in maintaining an enthusiastic and professional standard of guest service, communicating company values and goals to employees, and monitoring and controlling a daily payroll budget. Managed inventory control and exceeded inventory goals. Generated retail sales and demonstrated and maintained a professional standard of guest service.
